Anyone have custom exhaust in the Peoples Rebublic of Washington? I grew up in Michigan, where if you're exhaust is belching black smoke, they thank you for keeping away the mosquitos. I'm looking to upgrade to LT's and maybe true duals, but was wonderin what others have fiddled with and passed emissions?
