well i noticed a leak.lifted it up and noticed a blew the gasket..was not surprised since i tried to reuse it

I threw in another one tighten it up good was nice for about 2 moths and now it blew up again! think it may be that the actual flange because it blew on the same place as the other..

want to buy a nice thicker one just cant seem to find any but felpro paper ones!

The stock OEM exhaust manifold gaskets are the best to use and will not blow out. I am assuming the you mean the exhaust maifold gasket ... or are you referring to the gasket on the headers collector where it bolts to the exhaust pipe?..on those I have never seen anythng but paper gaskets...if this is the gasket that you are referring to ...as an alternative you could slip fit the exhaust pipe over or inside of the collector and use a band clamp...I have never had a exhaust leak problem with that type of connection between collector and exhaust pipe...good luck

Like I said you could use a slip fit connection with a band calmp and not have to worry about any gasket at all.
