Alternator Disassembly...

Hi All,

How difficult is it to break down my CS-130 ('03 Vette) alternator in order to glass-bead the case? I can't seem to get past the plastic rear cover, looks like it's soldered to something inside the case...

I'm pretty sure the fields are soldered to the rectifier/regulator assembly. So unless you unsoldered it....
