Default exhaust manifold removal help

I'm having trouble getting to the last bolt on the passenger side, I can't even get a wrench on it. I read on here that some one said just get all the other bolts of and pull up on the manifold to twist it up so the bolt can be reached from the bottom. But I'm worried that that might score the mating service on the head. Any one else ever done this before with good results? Thanks.

Take a break and come back to it. I remove mine from the bottom with a shorter ratchet ...

Yeah I removed the coils and I can get a ratchet on it from the top but there isn't enough room to turn it. The flange that bolted to the y-pipe is to big to get around from the bottom to get a ratchet or wrench on the bolt. I'm at a lose. I guess I'll just go back at it in the morning and see if I can figure something else out.
