any problems w/ header gaskets?
I was gonna get some soon but I asked to guy who did my muffler about it and he said I would be replacing header gaskets about every 2-3 months. Needless to say this was a discouragement but is he talking out his @$$ or is this true? (this is the same guy that told me Flowmasters have the best flow by far of any exhaust so I'm kinda leary of his words of wisdom...or possible lack there of)

never had to replace one yet that wasnt related to a header change....knock on wood. you would be fine if a good set was installed properly with the headers. should last years if left alone and checked for tightness every once in awhile.

Re: any problems w/ header gaskets?
Had my FLPs on for about 3-4 months without any issues, another friend has had his FLPs on with stock replacement gaskets for well over a year now with no issues
