IS IT possible to go 12 sec still coverd by warranty? Hello yall i own a 1998 A4 
Pontiac trans-am I bought it used and bought extended warranty.The current mods i have is a Direct flow air lid.True custoum dual exhaust.Free ram air mod and romoved baffles.I just got the lid and i am going to test my Et.How can i go to the 12 sec brac?THAKS

Re: IS IT possible to go 12 sec still coverd by warranty? Sticky tires should get you there, might have to get your car towed from the track and then report it if you break your rear though.

They are private companies and play by their own rules so you are not protected like you are with a factory warranty. It will really depend on how the repair shop and the warranty company handles the claims. They can and will void your warranty for almost anything, and you signed the contract stating so. Trust me I know. They voided my warranty on my 97 Cobra for larger the stock rear wheels and tires.
