Default Crazy Y

I am looking into a custom Y-Pipe. The idea is to have dual cut-outs coming straight off the header collectors, then into the remaining y-pipe w/ cats. Is this possible, has anyone done this?

I am not too consernded with losing a little flow after the cutouts, because this set up is only for street use, obviously the cutouts would be open at the track.

Are cats a standard length or are there shorter ones, if so what are the shortest? Could I make the cat-back (SLP Dual/Dual) shorter to allow for more y-pipe room? I know I am asking a lot of questions that could probably be answered by looking under my car, but i am at work right now and goin nuts over this idea.

What is the best Y-Pipe merge collector?

I doubt you can fit cats and cutouts in the Y.

You're not going to want your cutouts RIGHT after the header collectors...
