Default Can I run 89?

I am on a tuner but I havent advanced the timing or messed with my fuel trims, Will I be safe running 89 octane? I probabaly will have to go to 93 when I start to use hp tuners and start screwing with timing and fuel curves.

Hot Florida air + lower than suggested octane level = begging for detonation IMO

Just add heavy rush hours and lots of engine load, and you should definitely be hearing some wholesome screeching goodness
