i remeber this video when it came out and funny this yr at wildwood car show i watched a black dude walking down the street stop and say "the whistles go wooo wooooo!!!!!!!" lol so funny.

Wow! A friends grandpa was just telling a few of us, how these were popular back when he was young. And that they also used them to terrorize the neighborhood. Never for any of my vehicles, but I think they're a riot.
