Default Intake and headers

I have a 2000 ss m6 is it even worth the time for the ls6 intake or just save the money for the fast. I plan on ported 5.3 heads and a big cam. And I am thinking of getting the tsp 1 7/8 headers do you think this is to big on stock cubes. Going for street strip car just finish installing my 9 inch with 4.56 I just want to run hard and get good times. Anything would be helpful

ls6 manifold is well worth the money. especially if you plan to go cammed in the future.

The FAST is a good investment, but personally I'd go with the LS6 and put the extra money into the heads if I had to make the choice. I have 1 7/8 headers on my bolt-on car and they work great. There are lots of people who say they are overkill, but I say go for it. If you ever build a stroker you won't have to replace the headers.
