all i gota say is - no law, no regulation - or any sort of gov't action should stop any of us from doing what we want to do to our cars - mod away - learn the ropes - learn to talk with your $.

i havent had a problem at all so far and i have hooker LT's and holley high flow cats with 3" to the back yeah you could get "caught" but ive never heard of someone getting pulled over and a COP looking under the car and being like yeah... thats definatly not stock length.. I just know the guy who does my smog and he checks it off for visual inspection and it actually passes with flying colors on the actual emissions portion even though i have a high lift cam and custom tune with only 2 cats and 2 of the O2's deleted...
