Default What size hose?

What size hose do i need to replace the throttle body bypass hoses to make it one single hose?

Buy a 2' long automotive hose with a 5/16" diameter. It will go over the block side really nice, but you'll have to fight it onto the radiator side. You can maybe heat it a little you can work with it a little more and put it on.

sorry to revive dead threads....what size metal union would u need to use?? i bought a 3/8...well, hell i work at a parts store, so they arent hard to come by, buy is it a 3/8 union, or different size....or should i just use the hose listed in this thread.

For the brass fitting, I think you have to use one that has a 5/16" on one end and a 3/8" on the other. The 5/16" end towards the block hose, and the 3/8" on the hose from the radiator.
