Default Which o2 sensor to get?

Looking for O2 sensors I see 4-wire, 3-wire, 2-wire and 1-wire.

Which ones do I need to replace the pre and post cat units?

Denso. GM will ship you Denso so might as well just buy the units yourself, and avoid the extra fee. I've never had a problem with Denso anything, even in conditions that I ought to have had problems.
