header ??? I know there is a difference between the 99 and 00, but what exactly is it? and would switching the wholes exhaust on a 99 accomidate a 2000. Just wondering because I can get a real good deal on a 2000 set up and i have a 99

I think the 00 is a semi-header manifold. Someone else will know more, but they are better. How much I have no idea. The 98/99 are welded cast iron 2 piece the 00 and up were not. I have a set of shortys I got for 88 bucks. PM if you want the info on where I got them.
