Default Fuel issue, broke down, any input needed.

Without telling my life story, I'm broken down in Corsicana, TX on my way to Denver, CO. I HAVE to be in Denver by tomorrow morning. My fuel pump has quit and I got it to a mechanic and I'm typing this while my car is dissected. The new pump is in, but the relay is clicking bad. Replaced the relay to no avail. The mechanic thinks its a short somewhere and that caused the pump to go bad. If any of you guys know anything at all, please post.

Thanks,
Kyle

They are saying the PCM is bad now. I'm really in a bad place. I know the PCM isn't bad, the signal port in the relay just blinks a test light.

This is my best friend who is having this problem, he told me later on that his PCM is/was corroded, like water had gotten into it. Has anyone had this happen to them and any advice? thanks

last I heard he had to leave his car in Corsicana and take a rental to Colorado
