Mac's to FLP's Dyno ##???

Default Mac's to FLP's Dyno ##???

Hey hows it going I just pulled off the Mac with the off road Y and iam throwing on some FLP's with off road Y..
I was woudering if anyone has ever done this swap before and what type of dyno ## schould I expect to gain going from mac's to FLP's?

i dont think 10 hp from macs to flp's is true, there just isnt that much differance in the headers, id say little to none, the money spent on the new headers could have been spent elswhere (true duals, cam, tunning, or a million other mods) that would have netted way more HP.

I dont think you will really gain much if this is just a bolt on car or even camed.

I dynoed 393rwhp 376rwtq with macs and tr224 cam
I know 2 people with 2001 SS's with the same set up but with FLP's and they both dynoed 390rwhp with around 360-370rwtq. All 3 of our cars have all the bolt ons.

Now if this is a heads/cam car LT's would help out more then Macs, maybe 5-10rwhp at most.
