Pacesetter came with EGR ..How to take off ?

Pacesetter came with EGR ..How to take off ? My headers came with EGR and AIR when they were only supposed to have AIR. How do I take that EGR crap off. DO I cut it off and then weld it 
?

All 2000-2002 cars that want air get the egr fitting on the header. Pacesetter includes the blockoff plates to block it off in the box 
Those are the correct headers for a 00-02 car
