Default Accufab or Edelbrock 4bbl TB for a GMPP?

Hey guys, I need help deciding on my throttle body. A lot say use the Accufab : The Accufab 4150 flows 1215 CFM : but it doesn't come with the electronics. I am really trying to decide why not to get the Edelbrock : Edelbrock 3878 which flows 1000cfm : and comes with electronics.

I am using a GMPP intake which I believe they will both bolt on to. I really think I will be covered with 1000cfm but could use some help confirming this. I have stock bottom end LS1. 243 ported and polished heads, LT headers into true duals. Cam will be something around 236 / 240 or so.

I am also considering: but do not believe I need this big, nor am I sure these will bolt directly to the GMPP without modding or plate.
Edelbrock 3879 - which flows 1600 CFM.
Accufab 4500 - which flows 2128 CFM

Any help is appreciated.
James
