Default New Alternator Help!

Hey LS1ers, i need to up the ante when it comes to my alternator. Any advice? I dont have a monster audio system but there is a sub and amp. I also just got a set of ASP pulleys for the under drive as well as the alternator. I know this will draw even more from the factory alternator. Any thoughts and price?

if you're going to run an amp and sub, dont run both the crank and alt. under drive pulley... you'll draw too much power. Instead stock alternator and an overdrive pulley should get you enough power

there are plenty of high output ALTS......most based on the c244 truck ALT.....its bigger than the c130 but does fit in the ALT bracket.....never seen a fitment tho.....it would be a tight fit......was planning to do this but ran short on funds

best advise I can give you is stay away from the autozone duralast. I went thru 5 in two months, before I told them I wanted my money back, and I didnt think their lifetime warranty meant I would be changing them for the rest of my life.
