Exclamation Plugs are arcing on themselves!

Finally found my issue with the misfire. The plugs I installed (NKG TR6) are arcing on themselves. The metal part where you put the socket one is arcing right there. Why are the plugs doing this? Is it a faulty plug or what? Also before I spun a bearing it was missing bad and the SAME cylinders had the exact same problem, but they where some kind of Bosch plugs and the ones we have right now are brand new.

Here is a picture where the plug is arcing:

They are brand new 8.5 MSD with heat socks on them. I am 100% it's sparking where I said it was and it's NOT the wires.
