Default HP gains from an arm rocker swap?

Worth swapping out the rocker arms in my mainly stock 02 bird? Been trying to do some research on them, not sure if they would be a smart move or not. Currently the car just has a cold air intake and free flowing cat-back. Next are headers, but after that it's kinda up in the air. Worthless mod or no?

Yes and no. But, I am going to tell you the No's.

1. Changing the stock geometry even from 1.75 or 1.80-.85 is not the most ideal way to pick up more power.
2. You want more lift? Get a cam. You keep the stock geometry and save 400-600$ on rockers.
3. I'm glad you checked before essentially wasting your money on a set.

thanks, i guess everyone agrees with this. I do plan on going with a cam/head swap. I have no idea what to do when it comes to that, i'm still trying to research. Anyway will the stock rocker arms do with a cam/head swap? or do they need to be changed out eventually? matter on the size cam i'm guessing

The stock rockers are a really nice design, their week point is the trunion.

Comp makes a simple trunion upgrade kit, I plan on soing mine soon! (#13702-KIT)
