SES light - PO420 Code

SES light - PO420 Code I recently had a set of Kooks Stainless Steel Headers installed with a Catted Y-pipe, Today while driving around the SES light came on, I checked it with my LS1M and the code is a PO420 Catalytic converter Inefficiency Code. Should I get this tuned out or should I get a Sim for it? Don't really know what to do here.

i am putting headers on my car and was told not to get sims when i talked to a tuner. i was told shop can no longer install them and they arent worth the money.
