Ls1 not firing on all cylinders

i have an 01 trans am that is only firing on 4 cylinders all cylinders on drivers side are firing no pass side cyl are firing all coil packs are good all grounds are good what am i missing

Is the big white connector connected to the passenger harness? Ive forgotten to do that gettin in a hurry before.
