Default victor jr intake questions

i have been reading alot about the ls1 style vic jrs and what i'm reading is not good but they are old posts. have they improved on quality since then?

quality is decent. clearance on the other hand is tight. IF you go that direction, be sure to get the fuel rails or at least the right brackets. they (edelbrocks) breath SLIGHTLY better than the GMPP, but again, clearance...

nice sig and i dont have to worry about fuel rails will be carbed. what i was reading was that the ports dont line up that great and the intake could be shifted around while bolted down

I myself can't say which is 'BETTER' but if you bolt it down properly (10 bolts) it shouldn't shift around. . . have you searched other opinions?

yea, that was one of the things i saw was the part about the shifting around. i may go with the gmpp for a lil more low end and hood clearance
