Default adjusting throttle cable? Help?

Is there a how to or walk through when doing this? I just found out that I'm only showing 80% throttle when I'm pressing the gas all the way down.

I've done the search but is not coming up to how to do this thing.

Does it look like it's all the way open? What's the open and closed TPS voltages?

Does my HPTuners capable of doing this?

I only know of the 80% part throttle open by my tuner. I gotta find out tomorrow (physcally), by having someone hold the gas pedal down and see how much the blade opens.

Yeah, it is. Just the log TPS volts.

There is no adjustment on the throttle cable. If it's really not opening then there is either something physically holding it or you have the wrong cable.
