Tb bypass Mod question
Can I just eliminate that piping all together. I dont want to have the coolant running from the top of the motor to my radiator. I just want to block off the piping somehow. Can I do this and if so how?

No, from what I gather that piping is your steam tube which lets pockets of steam out of your engine, thus the need for the piping to run to the highest point in the cooling system. The way I understand it, this is how the air pockets are bled out of the system. FWIW, YMMV.

Because my radiator only has one tube on it for the overflow tank. So I have to find a way to feed that thing into the radiator and hook up my overflow.....not sure if I can just run that tube into the overflow or not...? Is that possible?

It may not be recommended, but I am running mine plugged off. My replacement radiator did not have a extra nipple either...1 years and 13k miles so far with no problems. I would like to hook it up, but I don't think running it into the overflow tube would be a good idea.
