electrical issu need help so when my ligts are on inside like on dash cluster the lights pulsate like fliker anyone have ideas or have had this issue let me know thanks.

does it seem to happen when your music hits? do you have any extra audio/electrical stuff?
ive seen that happen when bass hits on a stock alternator and it has to go to the battery to keep everything running/illuminated
