Default Fuel Rail questions

Im looking at adding some Fast/Pro Products/Speed Inc fuel rails to my 00 ls1. I found the kits that come with rails and the crossover line w/fittings. My question is what is everyone doing to connect their rails with stock fuel line? Id really like to use a steel braided line but Im not sure where to begin. I saw Speed Inc has an IZM502 but Im not sure if this is a hose with fittings or just a fitting? Can someone point me in the right direction??

Bump for a good question.

When I installed my FAST 102 I installed the OEM (LS2) fuel rails. The OEM fuel line bridge worked, but the hold-down brackets on the that bridge do not work with the fatter FAST intake. I would have liked to have substituted some AN fittings and nice braided stainless line but could not solve the interface puzzle, which is probably quite simple.
