Q about over axle cb pipe

Q about over axle cb pipe Do aftermarker cat backs NOT have a crushed down over axle pipe? Are any 3" mandrel over the axle? SLP guy told me their Powerflo necks down to 2.5" then splits after to the two resonators and tips. What do the GGMG, Corsa, Magnaflow cb do?
