Loose steering rack

Hi, I am looking at an ls1 camaro and I noticed the steering rack moved up and down. Is this a common problem on these cars?

The mount bushings probably just need replacing.

are the 2 mounting bolts in there?

No clue, where do I look?

Car also pulled really bad to the left of the road, but I believe the tierods are just shot and they need to be replaced and get an alignment.
