Fast 90/90 has no IAC valve?

Default Fast 90/90 has no IAC valve?
Is that right I can't find a IAC valve on my old fast 90/ 90 setup that came on this car.

it is located on the left side of the TB ,above the blade shaft.

So there are two electrical sensors on my old fast 90 TB the iac that must be stuck and the other is the TPS correct?
