What gm truck alt. will fit on a 01 SS??

If you go to the parts store ask for a 145amp alternator for a 03 Chevy truck. I just put one on my 02 Z28 and it fit just fine. Its a little bigger than the stock 105amp but it goes in. Youalso wont use the rear bolt that bolts to the block but, you still have 3 bolts holding it on. It wont go anywhere.

would an alt for a 2003 silverado 1500 hd 6.0 work??
