High RPM idle when rolling in neutral after ported TB install
I just installed a ported throttle body and now my car idles high when rolling. When driving at whatever speed, if I put the clutch in or pop it in neutral the car will idle at 1800 RPM or so, it will stay at that RPM until i come to a complete stop and then it will finally drop to like 900-1100 rpm which is still higher then before at a stop. Is the throttle blade not fully closing? The new TB has all the mods done including epoxy mod if that matters. Any ideas?

Bringing back up since I'm having a very similar problem. I've previously replaced the entire PVC assembly and have swapped the TPS and IAC sensors from the original TB to my ported TB which has been on the car for 80K+ miles without issues. I've also cleaned the TB and that didn't help. Car has about 118K on it.
The car idles high in neutral until coming to a complete stop...sometimes. Usually in the mornings it will act like this; other times it will go away and the car will idle completely normal which leads me to believe it isn't a vacuum issue.
Anyone had any issues around the MAF? Other ideas? I have access to an EFI Live scanner so I have the ability to look at some parameters. What kind of readings should I be getting from the MAF at idle?
Thanks
