Question Where to buy parts locally to make your own Balancer Install tool?

I need to install my new Balancer on my new LS3 build.

I've read on here that people have built their own tool using M16 x 2.0 threaded rod, washers and a nut.

Where can I buy those parts locally, Lowes, Home Depot?

I'd like to get it on this weekend.

Thanks,

Bill

you will have to call all the specialty hardware stores and ask for that thread size.
