Default straight pipes with mufflers vs true duals

I have a 2004 gto with a 408 stroker. Compression is 12.23:1 and runs on e85and right now it has about 2 feet of pipe which is 3in with dynomax bullets on the ends along with turndowns. Ive been trying to find real information about this setup compared to an x pipe. All I can find are results on cam only cars, nothing with this much compression. So, my question is would I benefit from adding an x pipe or h pipe for the scavenging effect? Or is my current setup suitable for my engine? I know this is probably a old and tired question but I just cant find any real answers for an engine like mine. Thanks

Default

Consensus from people who have tried them on the chevelle board with race built big blocks is that the x or h should be considered a "sound" mod, not a performance gaining one.

I seriously doubt you would notice any difference at all between what you have an no change but a crossover.
