I posted this is the Midwestern forum but didn't get any responses so I thought I would post it here to see if any of you engine guys had any recommendations.

I hydro-locked my engine and blew the block apart.

Luckily, the insurance company will cover the engine and other damaged items (some paint issues from the debris in the water / water itself).

I am looking for recommendations for a good reputable engine shop in the Detroit area (Port Huron area ideally).

What type of build are you looking for? Stock, modified, ?

It depends on pricing. Ideally a modified build though, not an LS1 but add some horse power. An LS2, 6 or a 7
