cam and springs from a 00 5.7 drop in 00 5.3 ??

Yes they should be a direct swap, that's a lot of work to swap stock springs over though

thanks for the replys, problems is : sons 00 5.3 has over 300k on it ( been running GM hot cam and springs last 250k ) we think cam / lifters gone south, he is short on change rite now, and I have 5.7 cam and springs /push rods from my car with about 15-20 k and may need to use it for now
