Guy who takes Cat converters

I have had my cats for about 3 years and they are taking up space. Who is the guy who takes converters for like $100 bucks? Either that or their going in the trash as I'm tired of looking at them.

His name is "The Cat Guy". He only comes out at night, and lives strictly on a diet of carbon emissions and toast.
