Default Emission sticker

Maybe this is the wrong thread to post this in. I have a question regarding the this sticker that located on the driver's side, under the hood. Is there a difference in the wording with subject to California, between the sticker they put on a 2000 model year, compared to the 01-02 model. I've done a little searching and think the 01-02 sticker has something about California, where the 2000 one doesn't. I've posted a pic from one located on a 2000 model. Notice nothing about California anywhere on the sticker. Can someone post one from a 01-02 model.

Not sure if CA cars have different stickers but a 2000 and 2001-2002 will have different stickers because they have different emission equipment on the car. The 2000 has EGR and the 01-02 does not.
