You're talking about a ported stock TB, right?
I have one on my car, I got it 2 years ago. I like it alot. Great workmanship, especially for the minimal price they cost.
I didn't dyno it, so I can't make a hp claim, however I've read multiple times you can expect 5-7hp from a ported TB. You probably won't notice that at the track.
The big gain for me was the improved throttle repsonse. Just revving the engine in park it seemed to rev faster, and once I took it for the first ride after the install I noticed that it seemed to pull a bit harder off the line. It just "felt" better. So, regardless of et gains, it was well worth the 50 bucks (or whatever it was at the time, I got it right before his price went up).

Another satisfied Potz customer here too. I'm not sure if I've ever seen anyone pull runs on a dyno for only swapping to a ported stock TB. Most people swap it in while they're doing other mods (lid, exhaust, etc). But like Mike said, it's supposed to be good for 5-7 rwhp.
And if you look at the other threads about it, you'll see some of us here, and lots of other members that are happy with the work Potz does. It's a good quality piece for the price. The finish comes out awesome, and it really wakes up the throttle response. Between his ported TB and an underdrive balancer, my car revs up fast and feels great when I put the pedal to the floor.
