Default LS6 Manifold with 85mm

As anyone done this befre or is possible to carefully sand the snout to 85mm to put a bigger TB

Just asking cus I have a good deal offered on a 85mm TB and 85maf that i can buy I just dnt want to buy it and not be able to use it in the LS6 if I cant sand the snout to 85mm

85mm - 78mm = 7mm. An awful lot of circumference to try and create by hand sanding. Is your hand calibrated accurately enough to get it perfectly circular?

You would have to make the opening 3.5mm wider all the way around. That is quite a bit of material.
