Default 40 amp Cooling fan Fuse Keeps Blowing

The 40 amp Cooling Fan fuse keeps blowing on my 99 T A and i have no idea why. I have replaced it twice and even tried putting a 30amp in but that blew as well.

ALL Suggestions/Help are appreciated, its driving me insane!!

is the relay stuck?

i know when i wired in a mark 8 electric fan into my lightning and did away with the clutch fan i had to have a relay... the mark 8 fans draw something like 40-60 amps and a spike amperage of 80 on startup... i was poping 40 amp fuses on the low setting lol

then again they flow something like 2200 cfms...

anyway... back on topic... if the relay is stuck on it wont allow for the sudden surge of amperage and pop the fuse...

Check the connectors at the fans and wiring on back, also do the fan blades turn easily by hand?
