Default cam swamp questions

Im looking to get a medium sized cam....but i plan to keep stock heads...I assume Ill need to upgrade springs/valves in heads tho...any ideas? Is there a good cam kit out there for this idea? How much cam can stock heads handle..thanks for any advise guys...i rlly app it...new to this stuff

What springs you need will depend on how aggressive the cam lobes are and their lift, and how high you plan on spinning the motor.
We need more info!

if you plan on keeping the car go head and spend the extra bucks on new valves and springs they help out alot in the long run with cams. as for the cam definately search youtube but i have the comp cams 220r in mine with no stall on factory heads just with new parts in them. if you want a lil more lobe than that and still want to run no stall, id go the highest to their 224
