Default MAC headers collector mod

Could anyone post pics on the MAC headers ball collector mod. I'm guetting a set of MACs and I would like to see exactly what is to be done.

TTT I wanna know about this too. I just bought my macs. And I've heard of people talkin about the collector mod.

I don't have any pictures, sorry, but I had the ball flanges cut off my MAC's and had standard 3"/3-bolt collector flanges welded to it. The shop then custom made a 3" Y-pipe for the set up with high flow cats. I sold the WS6, so I can't take any pixs for you.

Ball Flanges? Would that be where the header bolts to the Y? How it's kind of tapered down into a ball? If so, I've never even thought about how that could kill some flow...damn. Seems like cutting the collector off and putting on another would be only left for those highly skilled in the welding category. Anyone know of anyone who fits that description in central Oklahoma?
