Default Re-pin crank pulley possible?

Finishing up my cam install and ran into a problem. Before removing my crank pulley to start my cam swap it was pinned twice like so:

Now that the new cam is in and I am trying to get the crank pulley back on, I just cant the pin holes to line up while i press the pulley on. It would be easy if the pulley slipped right on and off but as you know......its PITA to get on and off without the right tools.

Any ideas here to make this easier?

Try setting the balancer on by hand, then tap the pins part way in (you might be 180° out if they aren't fitting). Once they are aligned, use the tool to pull the balancer fully in place and finish seating the pins.
