Okay finally got around to installing my 4" mufflex system .It sounds great for a stock LS1 with just KOOKS and no cats. Went over the axle with room about 1/4 of room to spare no rattles or banging while driving and also about 80% of the rasp is gone which I hated with the GMMG i had on the car.Now to get back to the track to see if hurt me or helped either way I love the sound much better.

nice , i have the 3.5 inch and it rattles on light takes offs on the upper bar . but i see you have the relo.

11SECSS, what muffler did you go with, and did you paint the exhaust or have it coated?

i have the mufflex 4inch ypipe through a 4inch dynomax dumped..sounds alot deeper then a my hooker ypipe and 3 inch dynomax,and no rasp..
