Default Cat Back Exhaust Install

Ok i have a 2001 Camaro SS Slp equiped with the Dual/Dual exhaust meaning my "stock" exhaust is clamped and not welded and my piping is 3 inch.

My Borla exhaust is also 3 inch so im not going to change I pipes, and pretty much just change out the axleback.

I ran into trouble with getting the over the axle pipe to separate from the I pipe, i have it unclamped and it is able to turn but i can not get it to separate, and suggestions?

I plan to not cut because the Dual/Dual is getting harder to find in good condition and mine is pristine.

I tried using wd40 and prying a bit with a small flat head to get the wd40 down in there..and it started to rotate left and right but i cant for anything get it to separate allowing me to remove the dual dual exhaust.

it was clamped on there pretty good and it is somewhere crimped on, but with it being able to move it is not seized or stuck i just cant figure a way to move it off

Torch it, make it hot and it should let go.
