Default Ls1 VS Ls2 Waterpump height differences

I bought a 90MM Edelbrock throttle body and I really like it, I am going to run it for sure. I would rather just sell my waterpump and buy a new one that will clear the TB but I'm not sure on the height difference where I need it to be. I will consider any waterpump that will clear.

I don't have the money for an electric as much as I would like to go ahead and buy one now.

Place I need to sit lower:

It is at the top "neck" right under the blade. It doesn't have much to clear it just enough to keep it from closing.

Any and all information is appreciated.

That's the old style GM water pump that you have and you need the new style: ACDELCO Part # 251744 (GM part #19256263). You can see the difference, (no round protrusion sticking up) but it's more expensive; $169.79.
