Default need dipstick info

I have a lq4 which I bought a Holley oil pan for. The pan info says to use a ls3 dipstick. I was wanting a Lokar dip stick but Jegs only shows them for ls1 car and ls1 truck. There are ones listed on ebay as fitting ls1 and ls3. Just wanting to know if they are the same or what do I need

Lokar stuff is usually "adjustable" to some extent. I'd put 5 quarts in the pan, measure how far from the pan rail to the level, and adjust the Lokar stick to show full at that mark. You could prolly adjust either the 'stick or the tube...

I have an GM performance LS-3 dipstick Its even packed. Shipping plus 5 bucks and you can have it? Its brand new. Sorry I don't know if ls1 and ls3 are the same length. Some one on here will know for sure. didn't want to Hy-jack. I just walk by the thing every day.
