Default Which ASP Pulley Kit should I get?

Want to install Pulley's on my LS1 TA. I decided I'm going with the ASP Pulley.Went into aspracing.com and saw their were two kits which are: Harmonic Dampner Crank/Alternator Pulley Kit and the Harmonic Dampner Crank Kit. Is there a difference between this two Pulley Kits. Which of this two Pulley Kits would I get the most hp gains and see the most noticable improvements in the 1/4 mile? Thanks for any Info!

Just get the pulley kit. If you want to spin your alternator up sooner, get the alternator kit.

If the car has a manual trans you can get the one with the alt pulley but if automatic get just the crank pulley.

Thanks! I have an automatic transmission; I guess I'll go with the "Crank" Pulley.
